This time last week, we were thrilled to receive the award for Sustainable Supplier of the Year 2025!! 🏆✨

We are delighted to have been honoured with this recognition once again, having previously received it in 2022. It was a wonderful evening, filled with celebration and pride in our sustainability journey. 

Over the past years, we have continued our environmentally responsible initiatives, ensuring that sustainability remains at the heart of everything we do. From reducing the waste and On-site recycling, reducing emission by introducing electric vehicles for our factory operations to installing EV charging points for our team.

We won’t stop here, this journey continues! We are excited to keep moving forward, driving positive change and innovation every step of the way. 🌍💚

Great day at OS Express as we welcome two new Iveco Daily vans to our fleet! 🚚✨

A big thank you to Stephen Fitzjohn and the team at Dawson Group for the outstanding service, making the process smooth and straightforward from the very first call right through to delivery.

Another strong step forward as we continue to strengthen our transport capabilities and service levels across the UK & Ireland.

Over the past 3 years, we’ve invested time, passion and innovation into strengthening our environmental practices and we are committed to going even further in the future!

Celebrating International Men’s Day with a well deserved coffee morning ☕ (21/11/25)

It was more than just a celebration, it’s a meaningful reminder to pause and appreciate the countless ways men show up every single day. From supporting their families with love and dedication, to strengthening communities through their actions and compassion in the workplace, their impact is felt in so many ways.

We honor their resilience, their kindness, their growth and their willingness to make a difference.

Happy International Men’s Day!

We were proud to present a £300 cheque to the Niamh Louise Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting mental health and suicide prevention across our community.

The funds were raised through World Mental Health Day coffee morning and we’re honoured to support the incredible work the Foundation does to help those in need. 💪

A big thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make this donation possible. 💙

We were delighted to attend Invest NI’s “Powering Our Purpose” on the 15th October at the ICC Belfast, where our Operations Director Dermot O’Brien had the opportunity to speak and share his insight. 

It was an inspiring day that brought together over 300 local businesses to explore new opportunities for growth, innovation and collaboration.

Our Operations Director Dermot O’Brien joined fellow panellists to share insights on Embracing AI, Automation and Digital Transformation, Dermot contributed to discussions around how Northern Ireland businesses can embrace change and build resilience for the future.

A huge thank you to Invest NI for hosting such an engaging and forward-thinking event. It’s always great to connect, learn and be inspired by the amazing work happening across our business community.

 

On Fri 10th Oct we took a moment to pause and come together for a special coffee morning in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Day.

It’s an opportunity for everyone across the factory to step away from the busy day, enjoy a warm drink and a bite to eat along with having have a chat.

We all have a role to play in creating a supportive and understanding workplace. One where it’s ok to check in with each other to talk & listen.

At O&S Doors, sustainability isn’t just a goal, it’s a journey we’re committed to! Introducing electric vehicles across our factory floor, by adding new equipment like an electric picker and two electric pallet trucks, every upgrade brings us closer to a greener future. Recently, we also added our brand-new electric vans. 🚐⚡

By embracing electric transport, we’re reducing our carbon footprint, cutting down on emissions and building a cleaner future for both our people and our environment. This is just one of the many ways we’re investing in innovation and responsibility! Stay tune for more updates, as we continue our sustainability journey.
